Eduardo Martinez

Eduardo Martinez is a licensed CPA with over 26 years of experience.  After graduating from Rutgers University, he worked in progressive accounting and finance roles in various industries from telecommunications during the 90’s cell phone boom to a billion-dollar diversified manufacturing company headquartered in midtown Manhattan.  Most recently he completed a 16-year career at Geller & Company in New York City, a strategic accounting and financial services outsourcing firm. At Geller, Eddie helped the firm serve as the Outsourced Accounting and Finance Team for companies of all sizes from start-ups to fortune 500 companies.  He finished his career at the firm serving as the CFO of the Family Office Division which provided personal financial advisory and tax services to wealthy families with financial complexities at every scale.  

In 2018, Eddie decided to take his knowledge and expertise and use it to help small business owners make smarter decisions, increase their profits and build wealth.  After some planning and preparation, he founded JMax Accounting and Tax with its mission:

Cristian is our dedicated client service full charge bookkeeper.  He obtained his bachelor’s degree from William Paterson University and held various client service positions before beginning his career in accounting. He prides himself in his professionalism and attentiveness to client needs.  Cristian, can help you and your business get its financial world in order and stay organized and in compliance. Cristian is also a licensed Public Notary and is actively working towards obtaining his CPA license in the state of New Jersey.
